Inspired by the coastline of south India, our "Selvi" saree is adorned with motifs of palm trees and has been hand stitched in a medley of colours in varying stitches all over the pallu. Fine checks of Kantha adorn the entire pleat area. This piece is entirely hand embroidered by the rural women of Bengal and portrays mastery of the art of Kantha.
